My 3 major take aways from the offical Steve Jobs biography
1) While sales people are extremely important for most companies, do NOT let them run the company because they will marginalize designers/inventors and turn their products/services into crap
2) Always refine, innovate, and simplify your products/services whenever you can.
3) Hire A-quality people because A-people hire A-people, while B-people hire C-people and C-people hire D-people until the company is eventually run by a bunch of bozos.
