Motorola likely to win iCloud injunction
This is pretty stunning news if true. According to news from Germany, via FOSSPatents, it's fairly certain Moto will succeed in getting an injunction on iCloud services in Europe. So far the German judge isn't sympathetic to any of Apple's arguments, making a February ruling against them likely.
Contrary to numerous posts that Moto has no IP to protect themselves from Apple, it looks like they may even have enough to go on the attack, making a truce between Apple and Motorola an increasingly likely result IMHO.

So, has Florian Mueller stopped working for Apple now?
Sure looks that way. There's been a plethora of less-than-glowing mentions concerning Apple in the past two or three weeks. Oddly, they started about the same time as Apple received their latest touch patents that could potentially impact Microsoft (who must pay better).
Apple will clearly limit its market potential in Germany by removing its client software. Again, it remains to be seen what a non-infringing workaround might look like.
