Help! Lost all Outlook Express mail!

WTF! I copied my version of Outlook Express and Explorer to another mac on the network via ethernet.

I then changed all the settings on that mac for a new email account, etc...

Now when I launch my Express on my own mac, I have only the setting from that new machine. All my email and address book is gone!!

I check the Identities folder and it's all the new stuff.

Where did everything go? Since when is this program networked so that it erases everything?

Help!

Copy the Microsoft User Data from the old Mac to the new Mac. It's in the documents folder.

Nevermind, I just reread your post. Hmm...sounds like something got put in the wrong place.

    Hey Seb,

Thanks. I just did a simple search for the User Data and found all my previous Identities hidden an UPDATES folder.

Go figure why it goes there.

Regardless, your simple response saved me hours of having to reimport an address book and some important emails.

This forum has some great people. Thanks again.
