How to synch Google calendr with iPhone?

Guys please advice the best way to synch Google calendar with your iPhone? Any ideas? Maybe you can advce some apps for iPhone? Would appreciate your help!

    Go to settings and mail/calendars section. Add new account and select google. Enter your gmail info and make sure calendar sync is on. Works for me!
