FreeHand & Extensions Conflict

Having big prob trying to figure out what's goin on here. There seems to be some sort of extension conflict when I try to open FreeHand 8. The system just freezes, so I restarted holding the shift key down to turn the extensions off - hey presto, FreeHand works - however, when I use the extensions manager to turn all the extensions off and restart, FreeHand doesn't work. What's goin on? Please someone help!!!! <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

    Try starting up with the '9.2.2 base' set selected.



    Then try '9.2.2 all'.



    If those work add in the extension that you absolutely need, from most important to least important restarting after each addition to find the culprit.



    Once you find the bad extension you should reinstall it and trash the preference for that extension (if it has preferences).

    Edit: Also before you try all this you might consider backing up your system folder. All this crashing that you will do while testing could possibly introduce more problems. Also consider running a disk utility such as Norton Disk Doctor.
