Show invisible files in time machine

Dear all,



When I klick my home folder in the finder it shows per default my Library subfolder, which is supposedly hidden.

In time maschine my home folder does only show the Library folder for certain recent backups.



Does anyone know how to hide and "re-hide" the Library folder in the home folder, both in my current finder and in the finder back-ups of time maschine?
