Apple DVD-R Discs
I recently burnt a DVD-R but it only appears to have used (physically burnt) half the Disc.
Let me explain...
I had 9gb of video finalised and ready for authoring but it obly amounted to about 40mins of footage so I had to split the film over to discs.
Could someone explain or point me to the exact facts about (Apple) DVD-R discs i.e
How mins of footage it can hold.
I know that 3mins of uncompressed footage is roughly 1gb but do transitions etc make any difference as I can only physically see that one half of the DVD-R disc has been written too!!
I know it's 4.7gb but hey?
Any ideas or specs etc?¿
