RCA Audio out on Beige G3 with OS X

By now I've realized that many functions of my Beige G3 have been lost in OS X, however I was hoping that the RCA audio out on the personality card would work. I can get audio out using a 1/8th inch to RCA adapter, however I want to use the RCA outs to connect to the stereo, and the 1/8th inch for headphones. Any Ideas?

    At least you are one step ahead of me. I couldn't get OSX to work on my beige G3. I solved the problem by buying a TI PB.

    I've used one of these on my Mac for years and it works just fine.
