Office v.X Dockling

OK, I know that docklings are out, and not supported and all that jazz. Still, I think for some things they were a really great idea and many still work. But what would like to do is somehow create a dockling for Office v.X. I don't want a folder with aliases in my dock that I have to control-click and I don't want to spend $50 for a new two-button mouse. All I want is a dockling that brings up Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Entourage.

Can anyone send me some info about how to create a dockling. It would be appreciated. And anyone else who wants a copy (if I ever make it) will be welcome.
