Where to buy G3 iMac memory?

I'm looking to update my Indigo iMac to OS X and will need to get more memory than the 128 MB it came with. Any suggestions on where to buy? Also any suggestions on anything else I should update to run OS X well. Thanks.

I've always bought from The Chip Merchant. Probably 6-8 times over the years, both for work AND home Macs. Not one problem, ever.
