Backing-Up Mail.app

Does anyone know of an easy way to back-up Mail...I can back up Entourage by simply burning one folder (MS User Data) to a CD. Is there an equivalent for Mail? Thanks.

    go to: your home directory/library/mail/mailboxes/ and you can back up the entire folder or just the INBOX.mbox file.
