Peer is not authorized ppp connect failure
With a specific type of ISP product (perm ip/perm connection/uunet) the isp side always identifies itself as 127.0.0.5.... This works fine under OS9 - no problem connecting. Under 10.1.5 the connection will fail every time with the following (also failed in earlier versions)
Peer is not authorized to use remote address 127.0.0.5
Connection terminated.
Research indicates this is either an authentication configuration issue or a routing issue.
