well, don't worry about it. wasn't dead pixels, was an application drawing on the screen weird
here's the picture anyway

Looks funny. Happens to me sometimes, too. Not exactly the same way, but almost.

I have reason to believe it is MenuCalendar causing that glitch after a resolution change. Open and close it's drawer and it will go away.
