Connecting Entourage X and Exchange servers
Can Someone plese help me figure out how to connect to a company's exchange server? Since switching over to OS X, my "Outlook for Mac" has not been working, I can send and recive mail and acces all forlder but i can not send email with attchments. When i try to setup an account with Entourage X i can see all the folders and recieve mail but i cannot send email. What is going on??? The company's IT folks i have contacted are either PC geeks and can't help or incompetant (maybe both). I set up an account as an IMAP and they tell me they are running a POP server. Even though i can access all the folders and emial. The best they do is suggest switching back to OS 9.
Does anyone have any ideas? I am desperate and would rather not have ot switch back to OS 9 or worse a PC. I am running BrickHouse and all my other email accounts work fine.
