I would like to connect 2 display on my g4, two svga. What do I need for that? ( of course 2 display..that I know ;-)). And If I want a tv tuner to, what's the best option? There must be multiple ways to configure that, what are they?

You need a second graphics card to connect the second monitor. Check out the ATI Radeon 7000 PCI version. For TV tuners, there's the ATI Xclaim TV.
