Need help with fonts in MacOSX!

Help!
I've got a huge font collection, and I can't seem to get MacOSX to recognize them. They're placed in the font folder inside my user library directory.

The easy way:
Good buy Extensis Suitcase 10

Mac OS X is suppose to support Truetype, postscript and opentype fonts.... you should have any issue but at lease try the demo version of suitcase and give me some news !
