Xcode from AppStore for departmental usage

I am wondering how other educational/corporate users are downloading and installing Xcode for their users. The way I went about it, I downloaded using my account and saved the installer and used it on other machines. Now, as updates to Xcode are coming out, it is asking for my account info to update it. Is there a better way?
