Help me sync address book contacts, google voice and iCloud.

How do I keep my address book, iCloud and google contacts synced? Apple's Mail app uses contacts in my address book on my Mac and iPhone, but Google Voice uses google contacts. And I'm not entirely certain how iCloud fits into all of this.
