<strong>MacUser (UK) magazine had a tip a couple of months ago about setting up a printer is OS X to output postscript using the Acrobat Distiller PPD file.
Thing is I've lost that issue. Does anyone know how to do this?</strong><hr></blockquote>
While I don't have the issue I think this is pretty straightforward.
you don't need distiller to print to postscript.
from the print dialog box select "output options".

tick the "save as file" box

The problem is I want to use a specific PPD.
I have two printers on the network here, both connected via Appletalk. The article I'm refering to gave instructions for setting up a pure postscript printer (choosing LPR instead of Appletalk), and then selecting my choice of PPD.
