If your carrier continues to allow you to move it upward.

Be sure to post your experience. I'm thinking they may give you the "Well that was unlimited 3g and the new iPad requires a 4g plan to work" line in order to nuke your grandfathered unlimited plan. Then again they may treat it like they're dealing with the iPhone unlimited plans and just give you full speed up to a certain cap then throttle you for the remainder of the billing period.

    Regardless, good luck.

Hey guys. Update on the grandfathered unlimited data plan. Good news. You just go to the cellular tab in setup on the new iPad and it asks you to log into your data plan account and it transfers your unlimited plan to your new 4g LTE iPad. This thing is blazing fast. My network is AT&T. I would like to hear others experiences.
