Internet Connection quiestion

I am running a 700mhz ibook with os 10.2. I am using dial-up and it seems like everyonce and a while i get this anoying message asking me if i want to dissconnect or not. Does anybody know how to turn this off?

    check your settings.

    somewhere there is a checkbox "remind me every 30 minutes" or so.

    disable that one.
