URLs getting chopped in plain text OS X Mail emails that I send...

Is this just a general problem with plain text emails? or is it something I can do something about?

Whenever I send a plain text email in Mail (OS X 10.1.5) that has a URL which is on the longish side, it gets the end chopped off. Everyone who receives my email then can't click it because it's incomplete, they have to cut and paste it.

It seems so simple, does anyone else have this?

Many thanks!

I noticed that it does this to me when the URL has some sort of PHP or CGI action in it. Like one with a lot of & and = 's scattered throughout it, it cuts it off after an =.

I'm glad it's not just me then!

I prefer the speed and small filesize of plain text emails, it's a shame that they mess up the URLs like this....

    well, so is plain text...

it cuts the thing off at the end, that's why it's called plain text.
