I constructed a website when I had Mobile Me - and now, with I Cloud, I can't discover how to access it to edit or update. Does Apple no longer support websites?

Your site is still in the same place it's always been ... Though I don't recall the exact path to find it.
...but you'll want to copy it to your hard drive and find someplace else to host it as Apple has said they will close down MobileMe ... This spring/summer, but I don't remember the exact date.
