My Superdisk drive won't work! Please Help.

Hi. I recently bought a brand new Superdisk drive. for some odd reason, my disks are refusing to show up on the screen of my computer! The drive simply makes noises for about 10 or 15 seconds, than stops, and nothing happens. I am running Mac OS 10.2.1, FWI. I've tried everything that the Imation web site says to try, so I figured that asking here might prove beneficial. Thanks!

    Does other media appear on the desktop? Like CD's or Zip disks? It might just be a simple change in the Finder preferrences.

    Yes, other media does appear on the desktop. I checked the finder preferences, and there are not changes that are made wrong.

    Never mind, those who actually care. the disks I was using were apparently damaged, as a result, they obviously weren't gonna work. Floppies and new Superdisks work fine.
