Project Builder opens and then closes

I'm trying to use the Project Builder in the Developer Tools for 10.2, and it won't open. When I open the app it looks like it open by watch the dock then just closes or disappears. I tried restarting and stuff but still a no go. I was hoping to do an assignment for class this way, but I guess I can't. Seems like abnormal behavior for the OS, which I've been getting since I got the computer (with both 10.1 & 10.2).



Also something else: I can't get Adobe InDesign 2.0 to install properly. When it finishes the installation process I am given an error reading the ReadMe.pdf. Does anyone know what this is about and how I can fix it?

    I'm not using any themes. I did the repair from disk utility restarted and everything and it still does the same thing...
