I recently received a letterhead created in Publisher on a PC. Is there any software I can get to open it in OS X? Thanks.

On the WAAAAAAY outside is Dataviz which might be able to traslate your Publisher file for you. More than likely, though, it'll just get trashed in the process.
Better to re-create it in Word, Appleworks or whatever.

Not directly, however Adobe's Pagemaker 7 (Classic, not OSX native) will convert Publisher files.
Accordingly Adobe InDesign 2 (which runs native on OSX) will open and convert Pagemaker files.
