How do I do a SMC on a Mac mini 2011 model? Thanks

Shut down the computer.
Unplug the computer's power cord.
Wait fifteen seconds.
Attach the computer's power cord.
Wait five seconds, then press the power button to turn on the computer.

Thanks do i take out the peripherals that are plugged in also?Samsung Monitor, Computer speakers, and Ethernet connection cable also?

Nope, just the power plug. There's no other way power gets into the system so the other cables are ok to leave connected.

Nope, just the power plug. There's no other way power gets into the system so the other cables are ok to leave connected.
