Is it possible at all? I couldn't find any tool to convert it or to burn it directly.

I tried converting to .iso using WinISO, but even so, Disk Copy refused to accept the file, and Toast just hanged while trying to load it.

I've heard xcdroast, an X11 program, can burn .bin / .cue. Is that true? Can the program be recompiled using Fink? Or DarwinPorts, perchance?
