keys & annoyances
hi generic q on shortcut keys
[keys]
1.in win32 ctrl+esc gives you access to the
start menu....whats the equivalent in os x
[annoyances]
1.every so often the system seems to forget
my mouse prefs & the damm trackpad speed
goes to default & the touch & drag doesnt work
until i go back into the sys prefs & reset it
the way i want it....anyone else have the same issue ?
2.in the context menu why isnt there a system
wide cut/copy/paste menu option available ?

1. I reinstall the system and have to set the preferences from scratch.
2. I create a new user and have to set the preferences from scratch.
3. I end a full-screen game like Quake 3 or Oni that had taken over and changed the mouse settings.
I literally have *never* had a problem otherwise.

For Carbon apps, the developers probably have to do a bit more work to get it. Most of my apps are Cocoa; so, I have cut/copy/paste there most of the time.
So, basically, if an app you use doesn't include those context menus, complain specifically to that app's developers.
