17" ASD CRT Worth Fixing?

The clear bulllet shaped one. It's out of warranty. I'm moving and have to decide whether to put it in my household goods shipment or put it on the streetcorner. Are these things worth anything now? Are they repairable short of sending back to Apple? Thanks Much.

    depends on what's broken. odd are it's not worth fixing though, you can buy them for $150 used.
