Help! Creating HTML file to show up in email

Does anyone know how to embed an HTML file that will automatically show up in an email (not just a link)? I know that there is a way to do it with Netscape mail, but there's got to be an easier way. I'm using Apple Mail 1.2. I appreciate any suggestions! <img src="graemlins/embarrassed.gif" border="0" alt="[Embarrassed]" />

Sadly I don't think you can using OS X Mail 1.2.

Although it's an improvement over previous versions, the message editor still lacks HTML support, therefore you can't send HTML embedded in messages (though you can view HTML received in messages).
