think you'll likely want to put your bridged router in line directly after the modem. Then have everything else hang off that. cheers fwiw -I have a similar rig but use a simple Ethernet switch to handle the hard wired connxns
Just picked up a Time Capsule for for my home network. Was looking to use my old router (DIR-655) to extend it by putting it into bridge mode.
When the network is extended, would the NAS from the Time Capsule be able to be seen from my devices?
It should, because the old router when bridging should become transparent and so Time Capsule will treat any devices connected to that router as directly connected to Time Capsule. Otherwise the old router isn't doing the bridging properly at all.
