Internet connection keeps stalling out
I have a series of computers hooked up to a Netgear router, which is hooked up to a Road Runner cable modem.
Now, once in a while the internet connection on my iBook will simply stall out. I will still be able to see all the Network information in the preferences panel, and everyone else on the network will have no problems, but I will be without a connection for 2-3 minutes. Sometimes more. There are no ports open on my machine that are not open for all the others (except the Xbox, which cannot be the cause, as this started several weeks before I even hooked it up to the network).
It's driving me insane.
Does anyone have any insights?
