Help!

I just copied about 500 mp3's from my PC to my Powerbook. After they copy, I decided to restart. Now the battery icon is missing from the taskbar, LaunchBar unexpectedly quits everytime I try to type in a command, and other progs are quitting all over the place. This is in OS X 10.2.2. Any suggestions to fix this? Thanks.

    do you have a 10.2 install CD? (install, not upgrade)



    if so, boot off the CD, then run the disk utility.



    repair permissions, then repair the drive.

    alcimedes....thx for the tip. Unfortunately I am still having the same problem. Any other suggestions?

    do other user accounts have the same problems?
