MacMail on Shared computer

I seem to be able to do most of what I need on a MBP shared with an iMac. One of the things I haven't been able to do is see mail that is on the iMac.  I'm having another one of my 'senior moments'.  My mind has gone blank.


 


What am I missing? What can I do to  read on the MBP mail from the iMac? I don't want to download it ALL from the ISP to both computers. That would entail two sets of mail.  I want to be able to read only certain emails.


 


All suggestions would be gratefully accepted.
