iPhone slow response and text messaging problems

Is there a problem with iPhone text messaging?  I keep getting message not delivered.  And cannot refresh emails since this morning.


Also, my apps have no updated data today.  Still showing yesterday's closing end on my stocks app.  What is going on?

    My wife and I are having the same problem as well.


    Also when we text each other, what we text out, comes back as a text coming in
