NetBadge was a beta freeware title developed by a third party that displayed your login name & IP address on the menubar. Unfortunately, the software was hosted from an iTools account. It would seem that this member did not pay for the .Mac upgrade; so, all the old files in his directory are now inaccessible.
Aside from this, I have no additional information to be of help. Best of luck finding this, macfenian.

Somewhere in the OS X Server section of the apple site lives a powered by X Server badge - but I can't find it right now. Same for Darwin.
