iPhone 5 and Vodafone UK

I have recently restored my firmware on my new iPhone 5 recently purchased from Vodafone UK.  The firmware I was expecting iTunes to download was iPhone5,1_6.0_10A405_Restore.ipsw (GSM) however the firmware downloaded was iPhone5,2_6.0_10A405_Restore.ipsw (CDMA)


 


According to another forum the firmware is supposed to support the CDMA iPhone 5 only and as Vodafone in the UK is a GSM Network I am confused.  Is there anyone out there on the Verizon network with an iPhone 5 who can confirm the firmware filename.

I have done a bit more research and it looks like Vodafone UK are supplying iPhone 5 Model Number A1429, which is the GSM & CDMA version.
