I have a PDF and the font its written in is horrible, almost impossible to read, is there anyway for me to edit it so i can have readible text?

Adobe Illustrator can open, modify, and save PDFs.

thanks, would there happen to be a way to open up and modify all the documents at once, or do i have to do it page by page?

If it's a text only .pdf document or if you only need the text part, you may also copy/paste the entire text to TextEdit. Use the type-tool in Acrobat to select the complete text of all pages.
