Help With iTunes Visuals

I would like to get the best frame rate possible with visuals but it seems to cap at 30. I know that somewhere there is a command that caps the fps at 30 and can be turned off but I can't find it in preferences or anywhere else. G4 QS 800mhz SP, Radeon 7500. Thanks for any help.

    Turn on the visualizer not in full-screen mode. Click the options button in the top right of the window. Unchcheck cap frame rate and check use OpenGL.
