Slide Show Help?!?!?!

Ok the pickle,

I don't have a DVD Burner, I'm running Jaguar. I need to burn a slide show to a CD so i can play it on a dvd <assuming it will handle what I think is a Video CD> is this possible? can I really just toss an Mpeg on cd and expect it to play on a dvd player? what are my options? <I need this done by tonight>

    Use Toast and make a VCD out of it. Assuming your DVD player can play VCDs, that should work.

    shouldnt he first make a MPEG-1 file from the pics first? maybe put it to some music?
