Can't FTP all of a suddem?

For some reason I can nolonger connect to FTp servers in OS X on my dual 867 . (10.2.3.)

I then went to my old trusty PowerTower and could not use my FTP programs there.

I can surf and get mail.

These two computers are behind a firewall but i have not changed it's settings since I set it up in September.

I have posted several things via FTP up until about 2 weeks ago.

Does anyone have any ideas why or what is making my FTP attempts unsuccesful?

I have checked multiple servers and get the -550 server timed out error.

did you upgrade to 10.2.3 ?

? check your preferences in GoLive (make sure their right)

? still no go ? delete the prefs for GoLive (look in ~/Library/Application Support/ and ~/Library/Preferences/)

    or try something else:
