Lombard Logic Board

After resetting the power manager - my mac attemps to starup but either freezes at the sign screen or while it is booting the spinning gear just stops spinning. Could this be a bad logic board or could it be as simple as removing the pram battery and then putting the battery back in?

    well, i'd certainly try resetting the pram before shelling out any cash. could be a variety of thing. you added any new RAM, drives to the setup lately? new usb device/hub?

    Try booting from an OS 9 CD and see how it runs.



    May just be a software thing - the quickest, cheapest problem to fix.
