Free Kodak Prints Not Working

Hey... i activated my .Mac accounts before dec 31 to get the 100 free prints but today I went to use them and it doesnt work on any of my three .Mac accounts in my family.



what should i do? is anyone else having problems?



very frustrating since the 100 free was the reaosn we got the accounts in the first place

    You have to go to the .Mac website to activate the free prints. You may be too late. Initially, the offer expired 12/31/02. MacNN reported that Apple extended it, but I never saw confirmation from Apple.



    Keep in mind that the ordering module only shows 2 digits. So, if you have a 100 credit, it'd show 00, or 10--I forget.



    You also get 10 free prints for enabling one click.



    Good luck. I ordered 90 prints on 12/27/02 so that I wouldn't miss out. They were worth $44.

    thanks, but as i said, i already activated the accounts.... something is messed up... checked apple's support forums and a ton of people are having the same problem.

    I noticed you posted over at .mac support right after I did. Have you checked in iPhoto to see if the missing free prints are back? I just checked mine and was surprised to see that they are now showing up.

    still no luck.... hoping it comes soon.



    waiting for that mod to respond to me as it seems once he does people get their prints restored

    They should appear immediately. Make sure you use your full mac.com address when you sign in to one-click, and not just the account name. And they'll show up as "10" free prints because iPhoto isn't capable of showing the third digit...heh.

    nope... tried it.... i think they need to be recredited or something... at least Im not alone

    yea, system must have screwed up with the new year or something





    ordered 100 prints tonight



    $7 shipping though.... isnt that high for standard shipping? I'm not really complaing but it seems like a lot.
