mid 2011 IMAC OS X 10.8.2 can't be put to sleep - please help!

Bluetooth mouse, usb keyboard - 2 external LaCie drives. When you put it to sleep it wakes itself up in seconds without touching anything... Under energy saver, I have "put hard drives to sleep when possible" and "Allow power button to put the computer to sleep" checked.

    Unplug all the unnecessary crap and try again.  Also if you look at the console logs it may tell you what is happening.
