ATA 133 Adapter card on DP 1G G4

I'd love to use raid striping with a couple of 200Gig drives running ATA133 for media use. Is there an ATA133 controller card available that will work on the new G4? Or, will any old ATA133 card work?

    And, here is an add-on question from the poster of the first question. OSX apparently has built-in Raid support (must be in software). How does its performance compare to hardware raid adapter cards?
