My fink is broken...

I discovered this when trying futilely to get fink to install system-xfree86. My fink produces a "missing directory" error whenever it tries to self-update, which means it can't see or install any packages. The terminal output is below.

My UNIX knowledge is rudimentary (though growing) and all I could do is look and see that /sw/fink/10.2/CVS/Entries indeed does not exist (there is a /10.1/CVS/Entries, which I guess is why it updates the 10.1 directory just fine). So do I need to put an Entries file in there? Where would I get it from? Should I just reinstall fink? I updated fink from 0.4 to 0.5 (installed but never used 0.4) and there is still a /sw/fink.old/; could that be screwing things up? Any help is greatly appreciated.
