I've tried toast and disk copy and the cd's just hang the machine when I test them out. I've tried creating a disk image first but to no avail.

I have a G4 dual with Jagwire installed

How do you mean that you have tried toast and disc copy? I think your best bet would be to:

    1) in Disk Copy -> File > New > Image from Device > [choose the install disk, choose image format, CD/DVD master -> this last choice may be redundant].

    2) after the image is created (a .dmg file), drag the thing (no need to mount it) onto Toast (here's assuming you have toast titanium).

    3) Toast will open in the 'Disc Image' pane. Press record. It will write your disc. Check it.
