Burning CD to CD-R directly
Is there a way to copy an Audio CD directly to a blank CD-R using either OS 9's Disc Burner or iTunes? Dragging and dropping Audio tracks in the Finder doesn't work, and iTunes wants me to import first, then burn.
I just want to make a straight CD to CD-R copy. (Specifically in this case with an Audio CD, with Audio CD formatting.)
I know you can do it with Toast, but when I have Toast enabled, Disc Burner doesn't work (IIRC, it's an extensions conflict). And I want to keep drag n' drop Disc Burner working; it's the easiest way for my Dad to copy files.
We're using: iMac DV 400 / OS 9.2 / Firewire Sony Spressa
Answers appreciated ASAP; I'm leaving the country this afternoon.
Thanks!

I don't remember much about OS 9's last version of Disk Copy, but the OS X version allows you to create and burn disk images.

Disk Copy allows me to make an image: Audio CD 1.img
Can I do anything with this now to make an Audio CD that's playable in CD players? I don't think dragging and dropping with Disc Burner in the Finder will work for Audio CD format.
And even so, this route doesn't accomplish the goal of direct disc to disc copying, like in Toast.
Any ideas?
EDIT: also, you should be able to burn that image on CD (that CD becoming an Audio CD) using Toast, depending on the version you have. Your best bet is to drag the image on Toast. It should open in the 'Disc Image' pane. Just record then, and you will be allright. Of course, I've NEVER used disc burner (especially since I have toast, I don't really know why anyone would if they have Toast).
