In my opinion, they're too vague and allow too much. I'd add the link, but you don't actually care about them insofar as to use them to insult me personally. But we can sure use this thread to have regular users talk about them!

If I knew myself I would let you know. They are hard to find and I was curious to read them myself. Apparently this fiefdom operates much like the U.K. with an unwritten constitution. We can only hope for better times ahead.
